RCC Protective Coating

FERONIX RCCSHIELD is a two component Silicone Modified Polyurethane (Si-PU) protective coating designed for reinforced concrete and cement-concrete structures exposed to aggressive chemicals, wastewater, abrasion and demanding industrial environments.

How to Apply

Surface Preparation
Surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease, loose particles and other contaminants.

Mixing
Mix Part A (Base) and Part B (Hardener) in the ratio 4 : 1 and mix thoroughly.

First Coat
Apply the mixed material uniformly using roller, brush or airless spray.

Recoat
Allow minimum 12 hours recoat interval before applying the second coat.

Curing
Allow 24 hours for hardness and 72 hours for full chemical resistance before service.
